The plan is read in full
A completed or draft comprehensive Behaviour Support Plan is read section by section, preserving the structure of the document rather than treating it as a block of undifferentiated text.
Every section is checked against the rubric
The review criteria are informed by the BSP-QEII instrument. Each item on the rubric maps to a specific, named criterion, not a general impression of quality.
Flags are traced back to the plan text
Where the review raises an issue, it is linked to the exact passage that triggered it. The reviewer checks the reasoning against the source. Where information is not found, that limitation is stated explicitly.
A clinician decides what happens next
The proposed service includes a clinician reviewer who checks findings and recommendations before discussing them with your team. The practitioner responsible for the plan decides what changes and retains clinical responsibility.
On BSP-QEII
Rubricare's rubric is informed by BSP-QEII. A Rubricare review is advisory and does not certify compliance or represent an NDIS Commission assessment. Rubricare carries no NDIS Commission affiliation or endorsement.
Validation of the review engine is not complete. We do not publish accuracy, agreement or time-saving claims. The proposed service includes clinician review of findings before feedback is delivered.
Data handling, in brief
Plan content is processed to generate a review and is not used to train or improve any underlying model. Production data resides in Australia. Where plan content is sent to a processing service outside Australia, that cross-border step is disclosed in the privacy policy.
